电量创新高!戈壁滩上的蓝色“太阳”助力能源转型

2019年(nian)9月19日(ri)9时2分(fen),由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建首(shou)个自行(xing)投(tou)资、建设(she)的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建青海共和光(guang)热电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站一(yi)(yi)次并网(wang)成功,标志着(zhe)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建在新能(neng)源(yuan)的发(fa)展(zhan)道路(lu)上又(you)迈出了坚实(shi)的一(yi)(yi)步。太(tai)阳能(neng)热发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)是(shi)通过聚光(guang)产热推(tui)动汽(qi)轮机发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)术,可(ke)通过储(chu)热设(she)施实(shi)现出力可(ke)调(diao)节,是(shi)可(ke)担(dan)当基荷的新能(neng)源(yuan)。站在行(xing)业发(fa)展(zhan)前沿,水电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)顾问公司作(zuo)为(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)(guo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建旗下重(zhong)要的可(ke)再生能(neng)源(yuan)投(tou)资平台(tai)之一(yi)(yi),主动牵头,勇于(yu)挑战,大胆创新,积(ji)极承(cheng)担(dan)国(guo)(guo)家首(shou)批20个太(tai)阳能(neng)热发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)示范项目(总装(zhuang)机134.9万千瓦)之一(yi)(yi)的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建青海共和50MW光(guang)热发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)项目的投(tou)资开发(fa)建设(she)任(ren)务。2021年(nian)5月7日(ri),该(gai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站全天上网(wang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量达53.9万千瓦时,创下投(tou)运以来(lai)最高记录。

近日(ri)(ri)(ri),CCTV13央(yang)视(shi)(shi)新(xin)(xin)闻频(pin)道推出(chu)的(de)《沿着(zhe)(zhe)高速(su)看中国》大(da)(da)(da)型直(zhi)播特别节目(mu)聚焦青(qing)海(hai)(hai)共(gong)和(he)县(xian)光(guang)(guang)伏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)群,用(yong)大(da)(da)(da)量的(de)航拍镜头和(he)实地(di)(di)(di)采访展(zhan)(zhan)示了中电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)青(qing)海(hai)(hai)共(gong)和(he)光(guang)(guang)热电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)震(zhen)撼之美。节目(mu)中,央(yang)视(shi)(shi)节目(mu)组沿着(zhe)(zhe)乌玛高速(su),来(lai)到(dao)了青(qing)海(hai)(hai)柴达木(mu)盆地(di)(di)(di)的(de)南端(duan)——位(wei)于黄河上游(you)的(de)共(gong)和(he)盆地(di)(di)(di),将镜头对准位(wei)于这(zhei)里的(de)全球(qiu)最大(da)(da)(da)的(de)集中式光(guang)(guang)伏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)群,展(zhan)(zhan)现(xian)光(guang)(guang)伏项目(mu)的(de)宏伟壮观(guan)。青(qing)海(hai)(hai)共(gong)和(he)县(xian)海(hai)(hai)拔近3000米,人烟罕(han)至,近年来(lai),国家大(da)(da)(da)力发展(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)能源,在这(zhei)片昔日(ri)(ri)(ri)荒滩上建(jian)起(qi)了光(guang)(guang)伏基地(di)(di)(di),规划占地(di)(di)(di)总(zong)面积从2012年的(de)77.9平(ping)方公里,增加到(dao)了现(xian)在的(de)609.6平(ping)方公里,成为目(mu)前全球(qiu)最大(da)(da)(da)的(de)集中发电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)光(guang)(guang)伏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)群,在这(zhei)片茫茫戈壁上,绵延数里的(de)光(guang)(guang)伏板像是(shi)一片蓝色的(de)海(hai)(hai)洋,蔚为壮观(guan)。中电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)青(qing)海(hai)(hai)共(gong)和(he)50MW光(guang)(guang)热发电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)项目(mu)就位(wei)于共(gong)和(he)海(hai)(hai)南生态太阳(yang)能发电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)园区内,由30016面定日(ri)(ri)(ri)镜组成的(de)蓝色“太阳(yang)”,在央(yang)视(shi)(shi)的(de)镜头下展(zhan)(zhan)现(xian)出(chu)了极具科(ke)技感的(de)震(zhen)撼之美。

该(gai)项(xiang)(xiang)目由水(shui)电顾问(wen)公司(si)控股,中国电建集(ji)团西北勘测设(she)(she)计研究院有限(xian)公司(si)、水(shui)电水(shui)利规划设(she)(she)计总(zong)(zong)院、中国电建集(ji)团甘肃能源投资(zi)有限(xian)公司(si)参股共(gong)同组建的(de)共(gong)和西北水(shui)电光热发(fa)(fa)电有限(xian)公司(si)负(fu)责投资(zi)开(kai)发(fa)(fa)建设(she)(she)。项(xiang)(xiang)目采(cai)(cai)用设(she)(she)计、采(cai)(cai)购、施工(EPC)总(zong)(zong)承(cheng)包管(guan)理模式,EPC总(zong)(zong)承(cheng)包单位(wei)为(wei)西北院。项(xiang)(xiang)目于2018年5月6日(ri)正式开(kai)工建设(she)(she),2019年9月19日(ri)实(shi)(shi)(shi)现(xian)一次并网(wang)成(cheng)功(gong),成(cheng)为(wei)全国第四(si)家(jia)(jia)实(shi)(shi)(shi)现(xian)并网(wang)发(fa)(fa)电的(de)光热示(shi)范项(xiang)(xiang)目,也是第一家(jia)(jia)在(zai)2017年后(hou)开(kai)始筹(chou)建并实(shi)(shi)(shi)现(xian)并网(wang)发(fa)(fa)电的(de)项(xiang)(xiang)目。2021年4月22日(ri)项(xiang)(xiang)目顺(shun)利通过国家(jia)(jia)示(shi)范性项(xiang)(xiang)目验(yan)收。2021年5月7日(ri),全天上(shang)网(wang)电量达53.9万千(qian)瓦时,创下投运以来最高记录。

项目(mu)场(chang)(chang)址距县城约(yue)(yue)12公里,平(ping)均(jun)(jun)海(hai)拔(ba)2880米,占地面积约(yue)(yue)2.1平(ping)方公里,设计(ji)总(zong)装机规模为50兆瓦,采用塔(ta)式聚(ju)光(guang)太阳能热(re)(re)发电(dian)直(zhi)接空冷机组(zu)(zu),配(pei)1座太阳能集热(re)(re)塔(ta)及定(ding)日镜场(chang)(chang),采用30016面定(ding)日镜,并配(pei)套建设保证汽轮发电(dian)机组(zu)(zu)额定(ding)功率(lv)满(man)发约(yue)(yue)6小(xiao)时(shi)(shi)的熔盐储(chu)热(re)(re)系(xi)统(tong),通过一(yi)回110kV架空线路接入思(si)明变330千伏升压汇集站,送(song)出线路约(yue)(yue)11公里。电(dian)站建成后运行期内年均(jun)(jun)发电(dian)量为15692.4万(wan)千瓦时(shi)(shi),年利用小(xiao)时(shi)(shi)数3138小(xiao)时(shi)(shi)。

本(ben)(ben)项目(mu)主要利用(yong)太阳(yang)能(neng)资(zi)源发(fa)(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian),是最清(qing)洁(jie)和(he)环保(bao)的能(neng)源之一,光(guang)热发(fa)(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)项目(mu)集发(fa)(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)与储能(neng)为(wei)一身(shen),是可代替化(hua)石(shi)能(neng)源电(dian)(dian)(dian)站做基(ji)础负(fu)荷和(he)调峰(feng)负(fu)荷的绿色电(dian)(dian)(dian)源,光(guang)热电(dian)(dian)(dian)站的成(cheng)功(gong)投运减少(shao)(shao)了化(hua)石(shi)燃(ran)料向大气中的污(wu)染(ran)物排(pai)(pai)放(fang)。根(gen)据计算(suan),本(ben)(ben)项目(mu)装机容量(liang)50兆(zhao)瓦,运行期年(nian)平均发(fa)(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)为(wei)15692.4万(wan)千(qian)瓦时。若(ruo)按照火电(dian)(dian)(dian)煤耗(hao)(标(biao)(biao)准煤)318克/千(qian)瓦时,建设投运每年(nian)可节约(yue)标(biao)(biao)煤 5.12万(wan)吨(dun),相应(ying)每年(nian)可减少(shao)(shao)二氧(yang)化(hua)碳(tan)排(pai)(pai)放(fang)约(yue)15.4万(wan)吨(dun),减少(shao)(shao)一氧(yang)化(hua)碳(tan)排(pai)(pai)放(fang)约(yue)13.5吨(dun),减少(shao)(shao)二氧(yang)化(hua)氮(dan)排(pai)(pai)放(fang)约(yue)591.4吨(dun),减少(shao)(shao)烟尘排(pai)(pai)放(fang)692.2吨(dun),对(dui)减轻环境(jing)污(wu)染(ran)有较大的促(cu)进(jin)作用(yong)。

在项(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)清洁(jie)环保的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)优势背后,是(shi)整(zheng)个投(tou)资设(she)(she)(she)(she)计(ji)(ji)建(jian)设(she)(she)(she)(she)运营团(tuan)队(dui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)质(zhi)量把控与高(gao)(gao)水平管(guan)理。由于(yu)光热(re)(re)(re)发电(dian)(dian)项(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)是(shi)一种(zhong)全(quan)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)新能源发电(dian)(dian)项(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),技术(shu)含量高(gao)(gao),不同于(yu)传统(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)风电(dian)(dian)和(he)光伏项(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),具有(you)设(she)(she)(she)(she)备(bei)多、复(fu)杂(za)、制(zhi)造(zao)周期长(zhang)、性能要(yao)求高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特点,设(she)(she)(she)(she)备(bei)涉及电(dian)(dian)力、机械(xie)、化工等多个行业(ye),多数设(she)(she)(she)(she)备(bei)需要(yao)在高(gao)(gao)温、高(gao)(gao)压(ya)或腐蚀条件(jian)下运行,非标设(she)(she)(she)(she)备(bei)多,进口(kou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)设(she)(she)(she)(she)备(bei)、材料(liao)多。从可行性研究、前(qian)期批复(fu)文(wen)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)办理,到(dao)汽(qi)轮机选(xuan)型(xing)、储(chu)换热(re)(re)(re)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)设(she)(she)(she)(she)计(ji)(ji)、集热(re)(re)(re)吸热(re)(re)(re)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方案选(xuan)择(ze)、技术(shu)合(he)作等设(she)(she)(she)(she)计(ji)(ji)、建(jian)设(she)(she)(she)(she)工作相对复(fu)杂(za)。通过该(gai)项(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)功实施,中国电(dian)(dian)建(jian)自主投(tou)资、自行设(she)(she)(she)(she)计(ji)(ji),通过自主研发、引进吸收,打通了从集热(re)(re)(re)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)设(she)(she)(she)(she)计(ji)(ji)到(dao)常规岛发电(dian)(dian)设(she)(she)(she)(she)计(ji)(ji)全(quan)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)、全(quan)过程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)设(she)(she)(she)(she)计(ji)(ji)环节(jie),通过项(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)设(she)(she)(she)(she)、运行,带动(dong)了中国电(dian)(dian)建(jian)在光热(re)(re)(re)行业(ye)标准(zhun)制(zhi)定、装备(bei)制(zhi)造(zao)等方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)共同发展。

2019年(nian)7月10日,在第六(liu)届中国(guo)(guo)国(guo)(guo)际光(guang)(guang)热大会(hui)上,共和(he)光(guang)(guang)热发(fa)电项(xiang)目获得中国(guo)(guo)光(guang)(guang)热发(fa)电示范项(xiang)目推动(dong)(dong)奖。共和(he)光(guang)(guang)热项(xiang)目的(de)成(cheng)功建设,有力地(di)推动(dong)(dong)和(he)促(cu)进(jin)了(le)国(guo)(guo)内光(guang)(guang)热产业的(de)发(fa)展(zhan),在行业内起到(dao)(dao)了(le)很好的(de)示范引领作(zuo)用,有利于(yu)推动(dong)(dong)我(wo)国(guo)(guo)自主知识产权的(de)技术体系的(de)形成(cheng),有利于(yu)促(cu)进(jin)光(guang)(guang)热发(fa)电装备国(guo)(guo)产化水平进(jin)一步提升,对推动(dong)(dong)能源革命、促(cu)进(jin)能源安全、调整(zheng)能源结(jie)构(gou)、改善生态(tai)环境等(deng)起到(dao)(dao)一定的(de)积极作(zuo)用。
